14-Day Return Policy
Because every Coastal Creatures item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
We do accept returns for the following:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items that are incorrect (wrong item or design received)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@coastalcreatures.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once your request is submitted, we will review it and provide:
- Return approval or denial
- Return shipping instructions (if approved)
- A return shipping label if applicable
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@coastalcreatures.shop so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item, and once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
